When I’m starving and with Blake I end up getting McDonald’s and eating awful for the remainder of the day. When I eat healthy I have less cravings and when I give in to one bad thing I can’t keep junk off my mind. This is helpful knowing now.

I ran/walked about 2 miles today trying to mostly run on the balls of my feet in my minimus shoes and man are my calves already sore, but my ankles weren’t in pain during or after which is good for my future use of these shoes. I also did the two previous videos to work in some floor work to my routine instead of just one or the other but I think I will alternate the days I do these. My body is worn out.

NO MORE FAST FOOD. NO MORE.  Lately I have been in a stressful no time and no money rut. I don’t see it ending until summer but for now I am going to make a step in the right direction by cutting out my all time favorite stress relief, fast food.  My second worst bad habit is junk food and meals with absolutely no health benefits. I’m good for a while and then projects and low funds take over my decision making.  NO MORE.

An update mainly for myself: I haven’t gone running in months and its been about two weeks since I have done any exercise. School really keeps me from being able to do this, especially studying art. When I do have down time I am exhausted and just want to rest even though I know “they” say this is when you need to force yourself to be active. In the last two months of school I will try to remember this.  I miss being active for sure but in order to get everything I need done for school it just isn’t very practical for me to let some of that go in order it exercise. But I plan on trying to squeeze it in better than I have been. I loved how I felt last year when I would go running three times a week and this year when I got the most flexible I have ever been from doing yoga almost every day (which I have lost now).
